What we feel sets us apart is our ability to tell it straight. Since the Johnston family founded our company 27 years ago we have always been taught to abide by one simple rule: tell the customer the truth.

This means a better service for all our customers on all levels. If we are going to be late for our agreed timeslot, then we phone to let you know. If we don't have a part in stock then we’ll tell you, honestly, how long it will take to get it in. We will also make sure that you pay the correct price for the spare,And if we can't fix your boiler then trust us, nobody can.

It all sounds very obvious, but it's surprising how many companies fail to tell the customer the simple truth.

We are not saying that we’re perfect, but we know our weaknesses better than most companies do. And we continually strive to remedy them.
